Leftover items from shoots are donated to local food pantries and shelters in the greater Chicagoland area
Good for the Planet
Beyond recycling and reusing materials, all compostable scraps are turned into dirt to feed our garden, the fruits (and veggies) of which we also donate throughout the growing season
Good for the Soul
